suspension bushings

Post by delica 304 »

I'm looking for stock numbers to replace my worn out sway bar bushings. If possible I would like to use Energy suspension poly bushings (I have a Lorco a stone's throw away from my place) Can any one help?

Hi,

Why don't you give a call to MardyDelica (or any other Delica part importer), I'm sure Mardy can get them to you at better price than Lordco and you get to support the local Delica community...

And sorry, I don't have the part number, maybe you can find it on the WIKI?
Good luck.

Hey Delica 304, how are you?

Talk to Phil in Lordco store #37 (Victoria). He has a list of Delica usable parts, that is they are parts for other vehicles that Lordco carries but are the same as in a Delica. PM me if you want his number, I have it in my cel.

Falco.

Here is what a 15yr old bushing looks like to give you guys an idea compared to a new one.

Be wary of one's that look all nice and smooth on the outside ring. It can be cracked/shrunk on the inside.

Replace them. For a couple bucks, it's an essential thing to replace.

Actually they don't look that bad for 15 years old. I swapped mine out on my old Echo(4 years old at the time) and they were nonexistent. Just metal on metal.
