nozzles

Post by argo »

I've found a source for nozzle assemblies. It works out to about $150 for a set of four if I buy five sets

Is anyone out there interested?

Argo,

Excuse my ignorance, what are the nozzles for?

Thanks

They are fuel injector nozzles. They very seldom need much more than a good cleaning. My engine has a cold start miss and it's likely due to a fouled injector. I figure if I'm going to R&R the injectors I'll renew the nozzles.

Before I do that I reckon I'll dump a bottle of injector cleaner in the tank and drive over the hat a few times.

There's something to add to the technical thread!

Apparently, driving over hats will clean your nozzles. Who knew?
