Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Dual Battery Jump Start

Post by The Pinkfingers »

We're getting ready for some road trips this summer, and have a "hope it never happens" question.

We have the dual batteries. Does it matter which one we connect to if we ever have to give or receive a jump?

it does not matter, (it is 12 volt setup not 24 volt) as long as it is pos to pos and neg to neg.

They are wired together in parallel, so it doesn't matter, the one caution I have though is that the positive terminal is the rear terminal on these batteries, be VERY careful when connecting anything to it because it is really easy to short things out to the body by accident!
