Replacing front door windows
Last night, one of the local idiots here in Chilli-waco smashed my front windows. Didn't take anything, didn't cause any damage other than the windows, but took the time to smash both driver and passenger sides. My comprehensive is $300, so I'm not even sure if it's worth even going through ICBC. Has anyone here had one(or two if you're lucky like me) of these replaced yet? I'm curious as to the price and availability of the glass.
Thanks
Tom
Thanks

Re: Replacing front door windows
I am so sorry to hear your disturbing news. There have been posts on this site regarding the front windows, last time I was visiting Butch & Edwin they were dealing with a front window issue ~ why not give their shop a call: 604-247 0500. I'm sure they can help you out.
Cheers! Falco.

Re: Replacing front door windows
Seems the same idiots paid a visit to east van last night and smashed my right side middle window... again they didn't take anything.
What a pissy way to start a weekend!
Anyone have any idea where I can get a replacement? Already checked with Mardy and Max Overdrive and no luck, crap. Well at least it isn't raining.

Re: Replacing front door windows
sorry for the hi-jack and I know they are likely not in stock this side of the water but how much would it cost to get sliding windows brought in?

Re: Replacing front door windows
I have searched for sliders for two years now and have never found any here or in Japan . I do have slider frames and seals in stock just not the glass itself I am always looking for used sliders and expect them to be in the area of $250 each when they do become available . But if anyone requires pop-outs I have lots and they are only $100 each .
