Post by Delicanadabc »

Hello

My guess is that this is timing belt etc sticker. Can any one confirm, please.

Thank you,
Daniel

My guess would be not.

Looks more like a Japanese inspection sticker at 31,340 mileage. i'd be a little chuffed if I had to do a timing belt with that kind of mileage on the motor

time is a factor as well, they should be replaced after 5 years even if the mileage is low.

I agree with both.
A friend of a friend know the language and I am waiting to hear back from him. I'll post the findings if I get an answer before tomorrow.

Thank you,
Daniel

I would say that is a timing belt sticker, Ive sold many many many timing belts, and that looks like the stickers that come in the box to put in a viewable place, the one for my LC looks almost exactly like that, but also the date might not be what you think is the date, could easily be the asian calander,I forget what its called, but I think you know what I mean

Yes..... it is timming belt replacement sticker.

Replaced at 31,340km's on the 10th Oct 2003

However, as you were not the owner of the vehicle when the above belt was changed you should therefore have the belt checked by your own mechanic to confirm it is still in good condition or was in fact even replaced.
With my own personal vehicles, I always replace the belts as it is peace of mind for me.

Cheers
