Almost belt time

hello all!

well my trusty van is about to roll onto 90k and when it dose I'm planning on bringing it down to cvi for the full belt/pully/cvi delica tune jobby.
I was just wondering if anyone with experience in this department could enlighten me with a ball park number as to what this will cost. I know the old saying "if you have to ask you can't afford it" but it is more just me wanting to prepare myself for the suspectedly large number.
No matter what it costs I can't complain though, after almost 2 years of trouble free driving, the van deserves it!

A quote can be tricky, as the list of parts that might have to be replaced will be different for every vehicle.

I would recommend:

Rad cap
Rad hoses - with fresh all-stainless hose clamps
Cooling system flush
Fresh Coolant (will require at least 6 litres)
Water pump
Thermostat & gasket

Fan/Alt Belts
PS Belt
A/C Belt

Idler pulley bearing as needed

Timing component kit:
-Timing belt
-Balance belt
-Cam, crank, balancer seals etc. (4 pieces)

Lube, Oil & Filter

Load test batteries
Test alternator output & diodes

Labour times will vary depending on what gets done.
Definitely go for the most complete job you can afford.

I agree except (unless it was already done) the rad will most likely need to be replaced or at least recored.

change the radiator if you can. all this delica radiator came from japan is plug 100%.
if need i have some coming end of this month.
we can do this timing belt service also. give me a call if you need help.
i have all the parts for your delica.

I wouldn't wait until it hits 90k. The normal maintenance spec is 90k OR 5 years. If your's is now 15 years old, it is long overdue. I would do it immediately.
