Any one know the thread size of the holes in the Steering wheel to put the puller on? Need to put on a new Combo Swithch. I think thats what they are called.( Headlight Wiper Turn Signal Sw).

Its neither of the ones in the 12 dollar puller set at Princess Auto.
The Metric is close , so just run the bolts down til its in far enough to hold and youve created new threads. Thats all I did. How often are you going to pull the wheel off anyway ?

You don't really need a puller !
step 1: back the nut off until just a few threads are left
step 2: get a really heavy hammer (the little baby sledge hammers work well) and a good sturdy punch.
step 3: sit in your driver seat. Put the steering wheel down all the way. Put your knee's under the wheel and push up. At the same time take the hammer and punch and whack the shaft a couple of times...........your wheel is now loose !!
This works 99% of the time !!
