It's for kids and all the old VW guys will shake their head... This bed set up was in all the old Westfalia, even my '65 had one. But nothing wrong to borrown a good idea!

Darn, wish I'd seen this awhile back when we were throwing out the old Alu scoop stretchers in favour of the new composite Ferno's.
Neat idea, any ideas for easy to find candidates for the bed, or do you need to fabricate something from scratch?
