A before thanks to Jesse (parkside) and Jay (tardisdeli) for doing the mechanical and electrical work while I was acting as observer.
I wanted to get rid of all the carpet. All of it. You would not believe dust and dirt that's inside it all. Panels, floor, etc...
Once that was done. A quick clean and then started to measure. Ended up making a template out of cardboard the full size of the entire rear deck from engine to tailgate.
From that I took two 4x8 sheets of marine plywood (water resistant) and about 40 sq feet of Damplifier Pro.
I chose these based on recommendations. I wanted a van that if it got wet or soaking inside that I could dry it out and nothing would rot or smell.

It's expensive and I was humming and hawing but finally bought and put it in. Huge huge difference in sound deadening.
Removing carpet and trim

Floor out

Side panels out and filled with expanding foam to block the little cracks where the road dust and dirt blows in.

Laying down the Damplifier Pro and using the small roller and a rubber mallet to shape it. It took a loooong time. Reserve an entire morning-afternoon if you plan on doing this.
