Any remotely competent mechanic can wind the torsion bars up. Any remotely competent shop can check the wheel alignment. There is nothing special about the Delica in either respect.

I bit the bullet and got new torsion bars for Gumdrop last summer. It wasn't that expensive, and should do for another 15 years.
