Injector Clean

Post by wsideheckler »

Hi all,
I just left my SWB at CVI to get the injectors cleaned and belts done, wondering if anyone else has done this and what kind of performance difference was noticed? I just head back that one of the injectors was pretty bad which explains my cold idle roughness and hopefully some of my smoke.

If really the injectors were dirty then it will be night and day. Did it on mine after I had higher EGT, lower top speed and difficult cold starting. Made a huge difference.

I was thinking about Getting CVI to check over my 94 Pajero and tune up and adjust my engine, would everyone recommend them as the best place to go for this?

Thanks
