silicone emulsion for sliding window seal?

Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Just picked up a sliding window set from Glen at CCAutos;
interested to find out if I should use the AC Delco Silicon Emulsion on the seal before install?
I will be doing all of the seals for the other windows as well.
