Delica Questions

Post by Super Mario »

Hello All. Super M is back with just a few questions. what oil to use for Vancouver and areas South- Fossil or Synthetic ??
What are the advantages to blocking off the EGR
Can the L300 be lowered ?? My Bum leg sometimes has a hard time getting in
Can anyone suggest a brake upgrade ?? I just happen to think that the brakes are kinda weak..

Cheers All
Super.

Mario,

1) Fossil or Syn - take your pick
2) EGR - type "Blocking EGR" in the search
3) Lowering - Yes , ask Delicat
3.5) Bum leg - uh, didnt have any luck in search :-)
4) Brake upgrade - Type " Montero Brake upgrade" in the search - (note : Lordco has all the parts - double to what US prices are, I didnt try Napa - all parts & numbers were referenced by JFarsang, )
And you want the parts for 92 Montero Sport

Happy reading

As long as the rotors and pads are sound, the first thing to look at is a heavy foot. The brakes are not over-assisted, and it takes a firm stomp on the pedal to accomplish anything.
