Ya the idea for the little generator is for when it gets reealllly cold out here while I'm either at work all day or anywhere I can't plug in, I can use the little generator for my block heater, and yup - sometimes for camping.
The come-along I thought would be great in stead of a winch in a pinch.

You may want to give this a good read before you go and and buy one of those cheap genny's:
Observations on the quality of power produced by various backup devices

For those that want the short story:

Output from a Honda Generator:

Output from a cheap generator:

What does it mean? Well basically anything you plug into it that has a circuit board will get degraded over time. If you're going to use this generator stick to plugging in your kettle or $50.00 disposable microwave.

I have that generator for about a year now and it works great every time. The only thing is that it is a 2 stroke. You have to use oil gas mix and it can be quite noisy during the "after hour".
