Hey All,
I feel pretty silly asking, but does anyone have any tips or tricks on getting to the starter?? Maybe its just my large ungainly hands but i cant seem to get any purchase at all on my starter connections (L300)
My starter has been arcing out and causing nice white corrosion. I jimmyed my fingers down there and hand tightened the nut which was loose. my starting problem went away for a week. now its completely quit on me again :(
Im thinking i have to take it out and clean up the connections properly and put it all back together nice and tight. sounds nice and easy but i just cant get anything more then two fingers on it!
Any helpful ideas greatly appreciated!

Re: Starter Access issues
I managed to get a wrench on mine without removing anything, it's awkward, but with an extension or 2 I could do it (I didn't remove anything, just tightened the connections with a socket set)
previously the connections were glowing red hot while trying to start, after tightening the connections that was no longer an issue (and the vehicle started better too)
