In case anyone's interested, I came across this place the other day. It's a do-it-yourself work space where you can take your vehicle and your own tools and do your own oil changes, mechanical work etc. for $20./hour. They provide lifts, hoist, floor jacks, trouble lights, compressed air, oil change pans etc.
Just what a condo dweller like myself needs.
They're located directly beside Japanoid in New West.

Thanks a lot Drumster! Finally someone took this on. As I came to Vancouver I couldn't believe that there is not such a place. If you think about the car to apartment ratio this place is probably packed soon.
