EGR blank plate.

Hi Guys and gals, new to the site so please be patient with me.Looking at blanking of the EGR.Took a look last night.Looks like a bit of a bugger to get to.Any secrets on gaining access to the valve.May be it is easier from bottom end on a hoist.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
