These have been posted before - but the last time I remember seeing them was pre L400 times. Ah, it seems like only yesterday, and look how they've all grown up.

Anyway here is a link to a Japanese papercraft site with models of the L400, D5's, Pajeros etc, etc. Unfortunately, no L300
