more specifically the one that goes around all the heater controls, behind the drivers seat. mine met a bike wheel while loading and shattered like thin ice! I have a white deli, so all my internal trim is sexy chocolate brown.
Any ideas where I could find this panel??

Try one of the mechanics or wreckers. Some of the importers are bringing in spare parts as well (not just replacement parts).
