Need feet for AibaWorks roof rack

Just found out how little clearance there was between the roof of the carport and our roof basket!!
All it took was a little snow to drift in and BANG......broke 2 of the 4 feet of our Aiba Works roof rack/basket system.
Anyone know where we can get parts for these rack systems? I need 2 of the feet that are long (high) enough for a high, crystalite roof.
