Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

You're right, that's quite a bad thing.

The only silver lining is that the rockers are designed to break when the piston hits a valve, rather than bending the valve. You'll still have to remove the head and check all the valves for straightness, the head for cracks, and the cam and its bearings for alignment, but you might get away with just replacing those rockers and the rocker shaft. Obviously check the remaining rockers for cracks too.

Watch for stripped bolt holes on the cam caps and rocker shaft bolts. They can be heli-coiled to repair them.
Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.
