There is a JDM vehicle on a site and there is a picture of this. Anyone know what it is or what it does?

They're switches for the electric windows, on a car that wasn't engineered for electric windows- probably a Kei car. Underneath that housing is the electric window motor, driving the original manual window mechanism instead of a winder handle.
Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.

Ah thanks!
This is actually in a '94 Hiace. But since it said Mitsubishi on it, figured maybe someone here might know.

LOL I guess someone wanted power windows on their Hiace and figured out how to retrofit motor pods from a Mitsubishi. That's the kind of dodgy thing I'd do (except I'd remove the Mitsubishi badge!)
