Horn but no Dash, Running lights, Headlight alarm

Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Horn but no Dash, Running lights, Headlight alarm

Hello,
I've read posts about replacing the fuse to repair this problem but the fuses are fine.
If I turn on the fog lamps the running and dash lights, and headlight alarm work.
Any ideas?
