Trying to figure out what the best way is to mount
some roof speakers at the back of the van.
I would like them coming from the roof.
Hard to figure out since there isn't any exposed metal
around. Anyone dealt with this?

Re: mounting cubes (or ext speakers) at rear of van
It's probably a little more difficult to do with a low-roof because there are no speaker wires or mounts fitted in the back of the roof. That being said, I would suggest some brackets on the sides, just before the rear door. I don't know what anybody has done with a low-roof, but others of us have changed the upper speakers in a high-roof (use search engine to find those threads).

Re: mounting cubes (or ext speakers) at rear of van
After snapping off some plastic hold in thingees I got a good look at the rear corners.
Shouldn't be a problem to mount them. Also found a nice spot under the rear seat
for 2 Kenwood amps. They are attached so will move up with the seat when I fold it
forward. Working good so far. The 14" Pheonix Gold Sub will float a bit which is good
and makes it easier to work around and also remove when going camping. 4 Kids
take up a lot of space!! Tomorrow I will put in the other Infinity rear speaker
and mount two cubes at the rear /roof level.
Im going to wait till sunday to hook it up (wiring). I figure I should be patient and
take my time hiding the wiring to the front. Don't want to snap any more
plastic thingees off... may see if it's easier to just go under the Delica.

Someone mentioned windshield silicone. Has anyone had trouble with windows or the rear hatch leaking? Does anyone have any suggestions?
