Parting out Delica
We have a nice condition `91 Delica Exceed with 145K that runs and drives really well . The interior was and auction grade B and is in excellent condition . Unfortunately there is a little too much corrosion on the vehicle for resale so we have decided that this van will be sacrificed to the cause of other Delicas . If you need any parts please call Glen at the shop on (250)954-2157 . The glow plug controller is already sold . There is a rear spoiler on the tailgate and nice aftermarket wheels .
Re: Parting out Delica
Glen,
Does this unit have shoulder belts for the rear bench and/or middle captains chairs?

I need floormats (front and back) for my 91. Can you help?? We're in Victoria, but travel up island all the time. Will be heading up that way for the next long weekend.

Re: Parting out Delica
This van does have shoulder belts in it but I am not sure whether older vans have mounting points . Also sorry but the overmats were the first thing I sold out of it .
Re: Parting out Delica
I'm going to pull off the side panels today and check for anchor points. Do you know if the seat belts are "velocity" or ratchet?
Do any of the crystal lite blinds work? I may be interested in the motors?
Thanks

Re: Parting out Delica
Hi Glen,
I do have the necessary anchor points. What colour are the shoulder belts? Do you know if any of the blinds are working? I'm sure that at least two of mine are toast and will need to be replaced. I'd like to try to repair them, but I can't afford to have the van out of order while I try to fix them. I'd like to replace two, and then try to repair the ones I pull out.
Do you have any of that R12 left? I think my AC needs help.
Thanks
David

Unfortunately the van does not have roof blinds and the belts were sold friday evening . I will hopefully be having another van in soon for parting (with a grey interior)

Re: Parting out Delica
Hi Glen- I'm looking for curtains (I've got a hi roof if that makes a difference), and an antenna- sheared the mounting screw off last weekend when I was checking for rust (found it). PM me especially if you have curtains.
cheers,
Chris

Re: Parting out Delica
If you end up with a crystal-lite roof model, I'm looking for the rear upper speaker grills (put my thumb through one of mine while reinstalling it
)
Also looking for the brake pedal switch (the one that controls the brake lights)
Also if it's a 92 I'm looking for the rear headliner section (including the rear most dome light) as long as it's the light grey colour... (not interested if it's one of the models before the rear-most dome light)
PM me if you have any of the above... or if you get any of the above on your next parts vehicle...

Re: Parting out Delica
2 weeks after getting my Deli, some meth addict (I'm only assuming!) broke into my driver side door, now I need a new door lock. I've been going through my sliding door for 7 months now.
Do you have one available?
Failing that - does anybody know if it has to be a Delica locking mechanism, or can it be something similar and still work?
I'm also interested in new Rotors and pads
Cheers,
