CVI's 3rd Annual Customer Appreciation Day on May 29 (sat)!

Hi Everyone!

Our usual special day to our valued friends and customers. We have our open house on the 29th of May...that's a saturday...for
our usual CVI Customer Appreciation Day. Lots of hot dogs, burgers and mango bars plus some programs we may have for those wanting
to know more about their delica. Time will be from 11am till 4pm.

Hi All,

Looking forward to this year, it's always fun to meet new friends.

Butch & Edwin & the CVI staff will customize the demonstrations. But we need to make a list of what people want to learn. So, Please post your preferences and I will make a list for Butch.

For example:

L300 or L400 or Pajero or Toyota or ??

Do you want detailed engine info (ie how to test and replace your injectors yourself).

Do you prefer to focus on accessories, and easy maintenance (just leave the tricky stuff to the experts).

Any specific questions?

Arrrrgh - so jealous, wish I could make these.

I know this is a lot to ask, but it would be sooo awesome if someone would video some of the demos and utube them later or embedd them on delica.ca.

Things I'd ask re. my L300:

I would love to know (see) details about fixing my oil dripping/leaking turbo, and steps on testing injectors and glow plugs.

Also knowing exactly where those critical fusible linkages are located near the battery(s) that sometimes stop a 300 from starting.

TESTING is what I vote for. I would like to add alternator/solenoid... as well.

Hi All, what do L400 owners want to learn at the CVI School ? I was snooping at Tim's L400 yesterday, as he gets ready to camperize it, so many things the same but so many really different -- kinda deju-vu. Has anyone else camperized their L400? Christine.

Did you get the check engine light off? I have an OBDII tester if you want to drive over and plug it in one night. Fits 1996 and newer. Let me know if it will work for you.
