Has anyone done this yet? Ive looked for a DIY on this but have yet to find anything where someone describes how its done. I tried (briefly) yesterday to pull the covers off the speakers and could see that with more prying, I'd end up with some bent plastic and that's about it.
If someone can give me a quick Step 1, Step 2 procedure, Ill take pics of the process and post em up.
Thanks for any assistance.

Phillips screw driver :
-two plastic caps pop off upper section near front lever
-Inside lever bezel, one philips screw
-pull lever bezel off, one small philips screw in behind near top
-one philips screw in the mid-door handle
-remove door handle and unplug the connections
time to pop off the main door
-start at bottom or near corner with flat screw driver or pry bar
-once one plastic grommet pops out, follow along the bottom and up the sides
-once all popped out, slide the top piece towards the front and push upwards popping it off the window sill
-maneuver the whole piece to pop out at the bottom of the front/top corner where the corner of the window is.
That's it.
Once you've done one, the other will take you 2 mins.

A plastic tire lever for a bike works well to pop out the fasteners. And don't forget to carefully unplug the connector for the red light in the door before you take off the panel.
