We fall under the category of "Newbies" for sure (bought Delica #1 about 2 weeks ago)... not sure yet if can be there, but would love to meet some owners, view some rides and dive in head first to the world of Delis!! We'll try our best to be there, Doug

Re: 3rd Annual Customer Appreciation/ Open day.
What luck! I happened to be on the island for last year's deli meet and have found myself there again. I'm certainly going to try and make it out on the 14th as I'm taking a holiday away from Winnipeg and staying in Qualicum Beach for a little while.
Looking forward to meeting many of you folks again.

Unfortunately our plans were changed for us and we won't be able to make it after all, but I'm sure someone will be willing to hoist a cold one on our behalf. Maybe next time......

To those who came, I've enjoyed meeting you.
To those who didn't, you missed out.
We only have a few (two) really good shops guys, these events deserve support.
The kindness and hospitality that Glenn has shown is a real treat. Fantastic weekend.

So if we couldn't get there we're not supportive?! Didn't see you the past two years...RichD wrote: We only have a few (two) really good shops guys, these events deserve support.
Glad the event was fun and I wish I could have been there. I'll ask Glen all about it the next time I'm down there having him and the lads wrench on my bus.

Happy Day!

I agree with Kona, and we haven't made it to an open house yet, circumstances just haven't allowed it. We support Glen everytime someone asks us about getting JDMs services, or who to talk to if they want to purchase one.konadog wrote:So if we couldn't get there we're not supportive?! Re: 3rd Annual Customer Appreciation/ Open day.
cmon now,we just want more folks to hang with, that's all..So if we couldn't get there we're not supportive?!
Summer is busy for alot of people,I was stoked it fell
on a day off for me, from paid work not baby duty(with dooty!)
A very interesting and eclectic group of drivers to be sure!
I very much enjoyed seeing a few people again,
as well as some new faces to with names.
Can't really go wrong with a bar-b-q and
a few brews ever eh?I think an eventual
worthy mod would be a bull-bar-bar-b-q!
Always good to hang with some folks that love
their rides as much as I do.
There was some impromptu 4x4 action in the back lot,
by Glen and kids.Think they found a few hidden
stumps in the tall grass!

Glen's dad Graham gets my kudos for disappearing
one minute and then reappearing with a piece of bumper
trim Turtle had been missing for some time.
I think he did that Magic trick a few times for drivers that
were visiting.I think perhaps a cape, cane and top-hat are in order
for that fellow...
Thanks alot to CCautos
and friends
Right ON!

I've only had the Clustertruck for 5 months. But if I can finally get her up to 88 MPH the Flux Capacitor should finally kick in and I'll be sure to show up to the 2008 and 2009 events.konadog wrote:Didn't see you the past two years...

Re: 3rd Annual Customer Appreciation/ Open day.
Hi All, sorry the TardisDeli couldn't be there (we had volunteered for the Abbotsford Airshow -- just back from it... hot and dusty -- and the poor TardisDeli definitely needs a wash now...but hey the Lancaster bomber thundering flying overhead then landing right beside me was very cool).
Thanks Glenn and Graham and family for organizing it, we look forward to camping in the CC Autos jungle next time.
Cheers, Christine and Jay.
