I refuse to add anyone to my foes list, because I beleive in the freedom of speech, and I respect others opinions....regardless. I also have a genuine intrest in other perspectives, unconditionaly.

Mr Fibble, you amuse me with your big words, and your lack of judgement. Books, education, research will never compensate for your intellect. Go forth and live your life as you always have, because regardless of who is right or wrong, it really doesnt matter, we cant change anything anyways.

That is the rudest thing I have said to anyone in a long time, for that I am sorry. However, I am a vocal person, and I must express myself. Others may not have said it, but they were thinking it.
I guess there is no mending this conflict, so lets go all out...eh? take off the gloves!

You keep saying I have lack of judgement, or that I am ignorant, and you keep "taking me to task" for my education, and for reading books.

The issue I have with your posts is that you don't come to a cohesive point in what it is that you are asking of me. If you as me a direct question as to what I think of "X", I can provide you with an answer. If you don't, and I don't give you the answer you are looking for, I don't know what to say as I can't assume to know the question you are asking.

I do find it interesting that you seem somehow bothered by how I choose to write, but in any case, I have not once called your character into question and I have no desire to do so.

I am not interested debating the character of the person behind the keyboard, but rather the points that are raised. If those points are true or factual, then they are true and factual. If those points are not factual, then they are unfortunately not true.

I see no value in clinging onto the value of untrue ideas. Therefore, I like seperating truth from fiction, and that is how I view these debates.

Having said that, I have posted links, such as the first law of thermodynamics - which is part of what Rudolph Diesel used specifically to build his first engine. Each time I start my Delica, I validiate that those rules in physics are true and tested - never mind all the other things that go on in my life that confirm the same validation.

Therefore, when you post an idea behind something like the Bessler Wheel, which directly violates everything we know about Thermodynamics and have known for nearly 200 years.

This invokes a few possibilities.

1) The Bessler Wheel is using an unknown from of energy undiscovered by physics - which means the entire field of Thermodynamics and how our Delica Engines actually work needs to be rewritten.
2) The Bessler Wheel was actually a hoax

There are potentially more possibilities, but those are the two basic ones.

I find it extremely unlikely that our laws of thermodynamics are wrong. I find it unlikely that the way my Delica engine runs is totally different than we have understood for years.

That, to me, is the problem I find with arguments such as that. Our entire body of scientific knowledge created over the last few thousands of years to reach this point must be overturned in order to prove some of these things true.

Whether you have an issue with me on a personal level or not is not something I really have any control over. I am, again, only interested in discussing the facts as we know them and as they can be reliably determined.

I did not need to use the wiki to write my post - I have actually studied physics and I posted that from memory. Where required I will cite a wiki as it is a tad difficult from me to copy paste out of dead tree textbooks.

That aside, I have posited two ideas in response to the Bessler Wheel, I have posted my objections to this, and you have not responded to my points whatsoever, only to state that I know how to use a wiki.

I would be interested in some facts that you have on your side to show that the Bessler Wheel did in fact work, and did violate the rules of Thermodynamics, but as of yet, you have not posted anything in that regard.

Sorry, youll have to read about it in popular mechanics magazine once I figure it out.

(This has nothing to do with the conspiracies we have been discussing, your attempt at attacking my hobby will not work, the mystery thread is seperate, so dont get side tracked, ok professor)

You are going to have to forgive me here, as I feel like I don't always understand what you are saying in your posts.

Are you saying that you are reviewing the Popular Mechanics article for the perspective on that, and that we are currently discussing 9/11 seperate from the Bessler Wheel?

If so, I apologize. This is one of the things I hate about the "Last Word Cafe" thread. It is nearly impossible to keep a cohesive idea going in context in here.

Therefore, I apologize if I have been misreading your posts.

I love it when a good argument comes together!

Before I set my proverbial teeth into the next group of items I wish to remind everyone that we can argue...
...regarding just about anything, within reason. Courtesy is always called upon. Site rule 1.1.1 still applies ~ no slagging or slander. What goes on in the Last Word Café, stays in the Last Word Café.

Object of this exercise is to see who gets the last word in. Edgewise scores more points.

This thread is specifically here for this purpose. It's like the overflow for your radiator.

Just keep it open as long as it stays civil, I say.
Mr Flibble you seem an educated and interesting man. I would like you to read a book with a multiple angle scientific approach to the 9/11 incident that I have and maybe combine a visit with seeing your L400; I'll be soon in the market for one, hence my presence on this forum....
I'll pm later if you don't mind.
Cheers, JR

I believe the Bible, does that make me ignorant? I have no doubt in my mind that God created the Heavens and Earth in 6 days. Evolution is a theory that has been disproven.

You've never heard of the Delinnium Falcon? It's the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs...

Evolution has been proven false?! By whom? - It's real and true and as obvious as gravity and not incompatible with Christianity in the least.
