Why don't you join us? We decided to make it to a location about 1/2 way between LMD and Okanagan so that we can all make it without ending up driving all day. I think there's still something positive to say about this...

So it looks like the general consensus is to prospone the original OK Meet till Sept Long weekend.Thanks everyone for your interest and support ,I look Fwd to meeting ya in the near future!!Me and Almac will continue to search for the perfect camping spot that meets the LM Tribes strict Requirments.Cheers.

I KNEW i should've taken more batteries... DOH!
anyway, dennis and I decided to look for the elusive lake...






unfortunaltely my camera died before i got to the lake.
i think dennis has a few more shots than I.

oh, and BTW, if anyone finds a duel band antenna(seen in first pic) up by hydraulic lake on the KVR, i would appreciate a return!

Here are a few more pics.I seem to have forgotten to take one of the actual lake..Well I guess I have to head up the Mountain again...right after I get back from camping for a week at seymour arm.

The Pic Directly below is a spot really close to McCulloch I was thinking might be ok...Its not right on McCulloch lake but its only a stones throw From it.

Ok so I am back now after an incredible weekend of fishing across the seymour arm.How was the trip for the LMD Tribe?Is there anyone out there still interested in camping or just meeting up there for a day fishing trip up at McCulloch lake?Who's idea was it for McCulloch lake anyways?

Hey everyone newbie here. I read through the thread and wasn't sure if a final decision has been made on the OK mini meet. I'll be getting my Van Monday part way through an 18 hour drive from the North to South on my way back to Nelson. I dont have many plans and thought a meet would be great. I'm amuned to long drives now.

So, is the place set for certain this Sept Long weekend?

as far as i know, NOTHING has been OFFICIALLY planned.
the log weekend is a great idea tho...

i'm in, as i have a FOUR day weekend!
just pick a lake somewhere, err... like McColloch lake, for example...
my fishin rod is lonely again.

what a great long weekend!
the trail sure was muddy, but i didn't have any real issues... and seeing all those delicas sure was cool.
we have to do nothing again...
