After visiting many parts suppliers, I have not found a single match for the Mitsubishi L400 front windshield wiper blades.
The mount is a flat straight bar with two threaded holes.
What I found to be the best workaround was to simply buy the desired style of wiper blade at 26" inches in length and remove the rubber strip (replaceable) and then slide it into the L400 wiper bracket.
The rear wiper is a standard clip/hook-style mount and I believe the length is 16" inches.

maybe I'm misunderstanding, but why buy a whole wiper and disassemble it, when you can simply buy the refill itself?
another question, I note you say 26"... on mine the 2 front blades are different lengths, are they supposed to be?

on both of my L400's the front windshield wipers are 26" long and I replaced all the wiper blades with the ones from Costco, $11.99 each. was not a problem and they went right on.

Stock L400 front wiper blades are both 26 inch long and come from the factory with screw on fixtures. Some have aftermarket adapters for regular hook in style which is why there are some people have not had any issues with replacements.

I should have rephrased.Green1 wrote:maybe I'm misunderstanding, but why buy a whole wiper and disassemble it, when you can simply buy the refill itself?

It was pissing rain outside, nighttime and I couldn't see out because the rubber was shot.
I went into my parts supplier and they didn't have 26" replacement strips in stock.
Instead I bought a pair of 26" really good blades and just swapped the strips.

As Jessie put all you have to do is just replace the rubber blade so theres no need to import parts that are already here!!

that's great if the wiper is in good condition, but I have had the springs and hinges in the blade good bad and make part of the blade not make proper contact, that and it would be nice to know you can buy a replacement anywhere.
