Re: HEY!!!

I was running a K&N in my Yukon, my 454 Chevelle and currently in my CBR929rr. The instructions say to NOT clean the filter often, and to only do so after 50 000 kms or a little more often in really dust areas. The dirt build up with the oil makes the filter work better. Are they actually better...

Re: So my Delica broke down today.....

Well, I got it all fixed. replaced the camshaft, camshaft sprocket and three exhaust rockers, adjusted the valves and retimed it. took about 3 hours and was fairly easy to do. We barred it over a couple of times to listen for any "weird" noises, and didn't hear anything. Started it up and ...

Re: So my Delica broke down today.....

And I return the good wishes!

I will be working on it this Saturday so I might be able to answer some questions this

Re: So my Delica broke down today.....

I just got some time to take a closer look at what happened. All the belts are intact and appear to be very new. Three of the exhaust rockers are broken, cylinders 1, 3 and 4. 3 and 4 were completely broken while #1 is cracked all the way through, but does not actually have pieces missing. We manage...

Re: So my Delica broke down today.....

Hi, Just to check on the damages if there's any.... I would do this first.. 1. I would install the camshaft with the good tight fitted dowel (you need to replace the damaged one) to hold it in place at the correct camshaft timing mark and torque the cam bolt to 45 ft-lbs. 2. Open the valve cover an...

Re: 6 inch tailgate lift

I would definately replace all the bolts.
I got them out no problem so I thought they were fine.
I then sheared the heads off when reinstalling them.
Pain in the ass!
It is way better having all that room now.
And a big plus, the liftgate now holds the ladder, where before it couldn't.
