Fuel pump leak
Take a look at the other thread I mentioned, it has a link to a great pictorial rebuild. Thanks a ton! These instructions are incredibly clear. For anyone that comes across this in the future this is the post we are talking about http://delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18212 Postby Growlerbe...

Cheers

Fuel pump leak
Most seals can be replaced without removing the pump, but access is tricky. If it's leaking from more than one place it's probably easier to remove the pump and install an entire overhaul kit. You've seen the other leaking fuel pump thread here: http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18...

Fuel pump leak
Good day all - after a couple of hours of research I'm asking for thoughts on how to best approach my leaking fuel pump. It seems once things warmed up here in Winnipeg that's when the leak really showed itself. I would say it's leaking more than a tablespoon of fuel every 8 hours. I saw that a lot ...

I'd be interested in a L300 skid plate if you are getting some made. I remember seeing those plans around here, can't seem to find them now.

Re: Neutral range selector
Wow thanks for all the info. Unfortunately I already gave my guy the go ahead. Looks like I am paying almost double for this part then I need to. If you are someone like me and have limited mechanical understanding, would you always hold off on the repair and order the part yourself? I feel like mos...

Re: starter part number?
Can anyone tell me how to navigate this list? I'm not totally sure what exact version my Delica is. It's 1993 L300 Exceed. I can get the the VIN number once it's back from the shop.

Re: Winter is coming
Thanks for the input all! VERY helpful. Another question, how long do you let your glow plugs do their magic before you try and turn the engine over? VanVonVan, you live in the River Heights area? I think we seen your baby parked outside! We had to creep on it since we don't see Delicas very often, ...

Hello all, I live in Winnipeg where the weather can be -30 or colder for weeks on end. I don't have anything in the van right now to get my started in the winter. After talking to my mechanic he recommended just using a oil pan heater. But after searching the site it seems like a block heater plug i...

Engine turns off, most of the time.
Hello all, late last week my L300 started not turning off when I turn the engine off. Now I know there are some modifications going on because if I have my night time lights on and I turn off the engine it still runs until i turn the lights off. I been able to turn the vehicle off by pulling out a f...

Re: Failed safety due to lights -Manitoba
I want to thank everyone that reached out and gave their input. In the end it was like a lot of you said, the people at the dealership were a) going for a cash grab. b) were completely not accurate in their inspection. I was able to get my Delica safetied at Rudy's Auto Service Ltd. The whole experi...
