Re: Deli servicing in the Okanagan
Really? 41 views and not one Deli owner from the Okanagan can tell me where they get their vehicle serviced, or make a recommendation? The valley is lousy with Deli's! Somebody's gotta know.

Deli servicing in the Okanagan
My brother is eagerly awaiting his 1996, L400 from Mardy. He's stoked because it just arrived in port 2 days ago. Anyway, he lives in Vernon and is wondering who/where is the preferred mechanic/shop for Okanagan Deli owners?
PS: Hoping to sell my F-150 and join the Deli owners club soon myself.

So if/when you get a Deli are you going to repaint the house to match it too?
(btw, I was thinking of doing the same thing with my 2007 Toyota Matrix)

Re: Cargo rack reviews
If you happen to stop in at Telegraph Cove (15 min from Andy) to camp between July 12-19, I'll be there in a lifted white 92 Delica. Come say hi and hopefully we'll have some fresh fish on the stove. Erik More likely to be around the 22nd, so we won't likely see you. But where are you camping? It l...

Re: A suggestion for an outdoor adventure location(s)?
Look for the Cheewat Cedar on Vancouver Island , about 2 hrs drive from Victoria and 45 minute hike in awesome old growth forest and a dip in lake cowichan on the way home. Speaking of Vancouver Island, Schoen Lake Prov. Park, 141km north of Campbell River. BEAUTIFUL! Bring a boat if you can. Anywa...

Re: Interested in feedback from potential buyers
Gentlemen: it could not be more plain and simple than to refer to CCAuto. There lies the triuth to all that matters in this regard. (No consideration has been given for this statement.) This statement has completely lost me. :?: NM.... got it. 8-) Isn't there an option #3, import company that does ...

Re: Potential new owner - Importing vs Buying local
Thanks for the input konadog, those are good points to ponder. Since I don't plan to camp IN the Deli I like your thoughts on the roof & crystal light questions and I don't think a hot/cold box is important (unless someone tells me it is... LOL). As for transmission, normally in a 4-banger I'd g...

Re: New user and but not an owner yet
Hi there Remillard, Nice to see another member in the Okanagan. If you're interested in sitting in one or going for a ride, let me know (send me a PM, if ya want). We live in Vernon as well! I commute too, but the other way...to Salmon Arm. We love our Delica both on road and off. We haven't camped...

Oh, is the Crystal Lite roof all that great/big deal? Also, also (sorry for ALL the questions), high roof vs regular?

Potential new owner - Importing vs Buying local
I'm seriously thinking about selling my 2007 Matrix and getting a low km Delica. I bought the Matrix for multi-purpose/reasons: every day/around town car, picking up clients (outreach counsellor), weekend camping and trips in the summer, good on gas (I live 50km from work... drive from Vernon to Ke...
