Re: C.V. Shaft

Hi guys, just spotted your thread here.
Check out this guide on MDOCUK, should have what you're after. I've done the job myself and a couple of bits were much easier with this guide!
Cheers

I have wired up a push switch to the secondary glow solenoid. This should replicate what goes on if my secondary system w...

Re: glow plug fuse?

Hi Miloki,
Have you seen Mystery Machine's guide here - http://www.delica.ca/forum/glow-plug-cicuit-271.html
If you really want to get into the diagnostics that's pretty much all you will need.
Got my own glow plug issues (see my new thread : :-D ) so that's been a good help to me recently!

When starting from cold my primary glow circuit works as it should and the engine starts, but it quickly becomes rough and then struggles to run smoothly for about 5 minutes. After this it's as sweet as anything ( see here for why  8-))...

Cylinder Head Valves - Flush & Protruding

having a bit of a fiasco with my engine. Long story but basically need a new cylinder head... I've bought a new cylinder head sold with "flush" valves, but on arrival the valves stick out slightly from the head by about 1-2mm. Does this make them protruding or is that acceptable? I read th...

L300 Front CV Boot Replacement

I need to replace them. I've got the new ones, but i've only got an L300 2WD manual so not much help! I've got the hubs & disks off and removed the steering knuckle. The CV seems to slide in and out of the diff, but doesn't come all the way out. Has anyone done it or got the book? what's the nex...
