Re: Rugged Ridge/ Superwinch Manual Locking Hubs for sale

As I said, not much difference in fuel economy improvement with my Pajero. The Pajero was designed to run with the front axles always locked with a flange. My L300 Delica had a noticeable loss of speed when the auto hubs were engaged. Enough to make me only ever use the locked setting in snow or dem...

Sold - Rugged Ridge/AVM Manual Locking Hubs

I have one set of Rugged Ridge/AVM Manual Locking for sale. I believe that they are the same thing. These are the correct fit for Delica L300 or L400s. #15001.43 They were new a few weeks ago, but are now on my Pajero. I still have the box and instructions. It takes about 15 minutes per side to inst...

Yes I am aware of that. Thanks. Too bad for us. I'm glad that it was you who pointed your finger. Life without boundaries is truly freedom. Freedom of speech. Freedom from social expectation or convention. Freedom to do what you wish no matter who it affects. Freedom for barbarism. Freedom of anarch...

Re: Hi

I cant believe the infantile behavior of some of the regular and frequent posters. Does anyone know if they actually helped resolve an issue without this wasteful intersection of opinioning and pettiness? It's prevalent here on delica.ca and not so in the UK and other AU related sites. When has it e...

Re: Complaint about too numerous postings

just a suggestion... can we exempt the sales sections from the "new posts" link? (I think the software can do that) people looking to buy can still select those sections, but those that aren't won't see the "view new posts" page filled with ads for vehicles... I agree with Green...

Re: K & N Air Filter

I have used both the Baldwin and Wix filters during the last two years and 70,000 km. My Delica is an L-300 '91 Super Exceed with the typical 4D56T engine. This X-reference looks good in size, I'm just not clear if there is an end cap fitted on it. If it doesn't, then I can always cut and glue from ...

windows

See my earlier post on safety, with regard to slider door and fixed window.
A slider window would be dangerous if positioned behind the slider door. Think of a guillotine.

H Leafster, I originally, and still think slider windows are the thing to have, because of the ventilation possibilities. From what I see from the inside finishing of the window trims, aside from possible colour differences of either beige or grey, is the need to remove interior side panels prior to...

Island Meet 2007

Oh boy, I'd like to see more of the North Island in the coming months. It would be great to get something happening before "T season". Did any one get spare club stickers from this First Meet?

Window Frames

More.. I have the slider type and considered replacing them with popout styles. It would be easy to do but physically, but getting the interior finishing panels, hinges and latches would need a good donor vehicle. In the UK I've read that it's popular to put popouts in the rear two wndows and slider...
