Interesting. I'm not sure if those are the lowest temperatures they register or not. I'm pretty sure I've seen -30 through +45 on the outside and inside. The former should just read "good luck starting the engine, fool who's running 15w40 oil & no blockheater in -30!" and the latter should automatically turn on the AC
I've noticed the internal sensor but always wondered about the location of the outside sensor.. where on the front bumper is it? inside the plastic mitsu thing? It is definitely sensitive to engine heat when stopped, only really accurate when moving.
