It physically cannot do a full rotation. Part of the chair is outside of the door frame. You can see the headrest peeking out.
Even with the e-brake moved out of the way towards the 4wd shifter, the bulbous chair is still chubby in that small area.
Below is the only viable option as the interior width gets larger right behind the pillar.
The one warning flag that anyone attempting a mod like this is ICBC. An accident with mods like these are very likely to come up if there is an investigation. Something to chew on when thinking about modifying the driver's seat. They are the cat's meow though.
