Check the battery voltage, if its low, the starter wont be able to kick in!

Then it may not be charging, whats the voltage across it while the engine is running, and while it's not?

Are you getting any power at all from the battery (do the interior lights still come on and glow plugs work etc.)? If so I had this issue happen the other week. Try turning the key to where you can shift, hold your food on the break and shift through all the gears (p to n, back to park. P to r back to park etc.). Then try starting again. Worked for me. Good luck!

As well, my alternator is ok, STARTER is like click click :)
