Hi, sorry sebastian,
they are not bright enough to pass inspection compliance.
they are only used in asia & europe, as per our rule here is different.
sorry it will be nice.but cannot do anything for the compliance.

Ages ago, Mystery Machine posted how to convert the L300 headlights from RHD to LHD. Not sure if it was on here or the UK forum, and I'm feeling too lazy to search. It was quite the interesing thread. I suspect that the same technique would work on the L400s.

There is no sense to convert RHD to LHD headlights from UK, because they E-coded for RHD cars.
so with such E-code (do not recall exact#) it will not pass OOP.

Good luck,

Good luck,
He did it just to see what it would involve. The problem with the conversion is that the glass still indicates RHD, and the inspectors don't look at what the light pattern is actually put out, they only look at the markings on the glass. In other words, you could take a LHD light, convert it to RHD and it would be legal. But taking a RHD and converting to LHD would be illegal, even though that puts out the correct light pattern.

Bureaucracy <insert rant here>
