Hi, i have nothing to say to you
Konnichiwa:
all i can say is that i always disclose the vehicle to all my customer either it has small surface rust or rusted. if its rusted & beyond my spectation i dont sell this car. thats simple no offense: you can ask any of my buyer if i dont desclose the condition of any vehicle i sell. i am not after just to sell the car to my customer i look after my customer to there expectation. desclose everything & let them see before they pay me. i do final inspection when i recieved the vehicle o.k.
i dont ask them to pay the vehicle if rusty or not in good condition. in used car business there is a win or loose when buying used car;
this is the risk as a dealer buying used car unseen.
hope this clarify you,
Cheers;

I have to say, I don't think Konnichawa's wording was necessarily fair to Mardy. It's one thing to raise this issue in a diplomatic fashion - and it is a valid discussion topic - but this came across a bit of a cheap shot.
Mardy has always been one to engage the forum constructively, and provide helpful answers. You have to appreciate that.
Besides, I disagree that pictures are more forgiving than real-life. You can tell from the pictures that there's a flash being used. If you know anything about flash photography, it always makes its subjects look worse (whether its undercarriages, or people). It exposes every flaw, and can make it look worse than it actually is.
Just my two cents.

I tend to look suspiciously at such negative posts coming from a recently registered user with only a couple of posts. If it was my site I would check the IP used by these types of accounts against other accounts as I would not put it past some of the people on here that want to sell there own stuff to create a fake user account to badmouth the competition with. just my opinion though

seems to be some mixed feelings in these messages. as someone not associated with anyone here I thought he was having a joke about the rust or did i miss read it altogether?
