Re: Changing Front Seats

Hello Everyone,

Just jumped onto this thread and I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to sit lower in our delis? I'm 6' and cannot see out the windshield.

Thank you.

Re: Sliding Home

Hi Christine! I haven't seen you since the mini meet in North Van! That's too long ago! You can fire off an email to me and I'll be more than happy to lend it to you.

If you know anybody who wants to buy it, it can be for sale too. :-)

Re: Whistler Mountain bike park

This riding talk is killing me! I just dislocated my ankle and broke my tib and fib  riding Sexgirl on Cypress. Out for the season. I'll have to live vicariously through the Deli-mountain bikers this summer. Dirt merchant is FUUUUUUUUUUUUN! Happy riding on the trails and in the Delis! Noel! G...

Re: Elsbett vs EZBiodiesel vs Plantdrive

Thanks again for the clarification! I managed to find a copy of the Fryer book on amazon but do you know where I can find "Sliding Home?" I checked the local library and amazon but there was nothing by the author or of that title. Thanks to all those who can help! :-D

Re: Elsbett vs EZBiodiesel vs Plantdrive

Thanks for the replies! Adam, I'll look for a copy of that book this weekend. This may be another dumb question but my boyfriend and I were also trying to clarify the differences between SVO, WVO and biodiesel. We think we understand SVO and WVO but not too sure what EXACTLY biodiesel is made from. ...

Sounds like fun---again! We should be able to make it. It's super close to our place so we'll just rooooooooooooool down the hill. Christine: If I have time, I'll try to pull together some vegan cookies to share. :-D

Fuel Economy

I know this has been addressed many times but.....I was just wondering if my Deli is running tight or if it's me. I'm getting about 470km to a tank, that's about 18mpg. I am running BF Mud Terrain tires but will that effect my milage that much? The other drawback is that I'm driving up 'the cut' eve...

Re: how many made the switch from vw's to delica's

Count me in! Had a rusty old 79 VW van, restored it, put in a new engine...then sold it. Cried and cried. Now I've learned from my mistake and have got myself in a 91 Deli. Now I only have tears of joy. We love it so much that my boyfriend is selling his Land Rover to buy one too! Anyone know of a S...
