Coombs country Auto for all those items, and I believe there are currently converting a USA market van to 4x4.

Yep, there's a vacuum advance on the injection pump to increase idle speed when there's high current draw. IT may be a system that advances the idle only when the air conditioning and fan are turned on, check your a/c button maybe.

First never spend more then you can afford to lose. But, also do your homework; find out all you can about what you intend to bring in.
